A general term used for lime-wash.

WINDOW SILLS
Hardwood and softwood window sills are often to more severe weathering than
adjacent paint work. When paint breakdown occurs on sills, moisture soon
penetrates the wood and weakens the wood fibers particularly when subject to
alternate wetting and drying.
