Rigid Mineral Boards:
These lightweight insulation boards are available in a variety of types for various
uses but are used primarily for fire protection-e.g. fire doors, ceilings etc.
These are normally made of wood particles rigidly bonded with phenolic
compound. They may or may not be prelaminated.
Priming: 1 coat of wood primer followed by a coat of synthetic under coat white.
2 coats of synthetic Matt Finish/ Acrylic Plastic Emulsion
paint. (coat of Synthetic Undercoat may be skipped off)
Gloss Finish: 2 coats of Robbialac Super Gloss synthetic Enamel/
Jhilik Synthetic Enamel or Epoxy Enamel
Bamboo should be thoroughly cleaned and dry. Knob should be sealed with
suitable putty work.
1 coat of Robbialac Synthetic undercoat (not applicable for fair face).
2-3 coats of Robb. Synthetic Enamel/ Jhilik Synthetic Enamel.
2-3 coats of Synthetic clear varnish
2-3 coats of Polyurethane wood lacquer. or
2 coats of Epoxy clear lacquer (for interior decoration only).
