Dealers’ Meet in Dubai |

| Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd. recently held their yearly Dealers’ Meet in Dubai.
All the platinum dealers of Berger were accompanied by high officials of the company.
The program included visits to prominent places like Sharjah, Burj-ul-Arab, Jamirah Mosque, Shaikh Sayd House, Palm Beach etc.
The dealers enjoyed river cruise and desert safari along with G.M. Sales & Marketing - Mohsin Habib Chowdhury, GSM – Decorative,
Tariquzzaman and Marketing Manager – A.K.M Sadeque Nawaj of Berger Paints (BD) Ltd. in Dubai.

Berger Opens Home Décor at Banani |

| The new office of Berger Home Décor was inaugurated at Banani by Managing Director,
Masih Ul Karim on Tuesday, June 12, 2007.
To fulfill the growing need of the customers for expert advice on paint solutions,
Berger has relocated this service wing at House 24, Road 11, Block-F, Banani.
Among others, Director Operations-Rupali Chowdhury, Director Finance- Abdul Khalek
and other high officials of the company were also present at the opening ceremony.
With a view to bolstering consumer satisfaction, Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited introduced
“Berger Home Décor” in 2002 through which one can get an array of services pertaining to painting.
Home Décor provides paint selection, dealer selection, painter/contractor selection and paint
related any queries. Berger offers illusions, Easy Clean and WeatherCoat LongLife- the latest
technologically advance international quality product range. These brands have vividly imaginative

Annual General Meeting 2007 |

| The 34th Annual General Meeting of Berger Paints (BD) Limited was held on
May 28, 2007 at BDR Darbar Hall, Dhaka. Gerald K.Adams, Chairman of the board of the company, presided
over the meeting. Masih Ul Karim, along with other directors K.R.Das, Anil Bhalla, Jean Claude Loutreuil,
Rupali Chowdhury and Abdul Khalek also attended the meeting. |

Berger Paints launches Berger Award for Excellence in Architecture |

| A memorandum of understanding (MoU for Berger Award for Excellence in Architecture
was signed between Berger Paints Bd Ltd and Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) on 22nd of May,2007.
This MoU was signed in regard to upgrade the former Berger young Architects' Award, which was introduced in
2003.With the introduction of the new award programme, architects of all age groups would thus be able to take part
in the Award Competition.

| Berger Paints has recently introduced a club membership program for leading dealers.
Based on sales turnover, the dealers have been classified into platinum, gold and silver groups. Special gifts /
benefits will be offered to the dealers of these groups from time to time.
