Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited owns 100% shares of Jenson & Nicholson (Bangladesh) Limited (JNBL).
The company was involved in trading and indenting of different raw
materials of paintings until 1995. It has started
production and marketing of tin containers from 1995 and
printing of tin sheets from 1997. JNBL sells almost 95% of its
products to Berger Bangladesh and the rest 5% to others.
